We spent a few unforgettable days off the grid in a beautiful, authentic little house tucked away in a forgotten valley in Asturias, Spain. No internet, no electricity — just us, the mountains, and the rhythm of nature. We fetched water from a nearby spring, cooked by candlelight, and listened to the sounds of the forest instead of screens or notifications.
